• Other Users: Your display name and profile information are visible to other users. Brands can see creator profiles when reviewing submissions. Voting activity is aggregated and not individually identifiable to other users.
• Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Platform, including Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database hosting), Uploadthing (file uploads), and Upstash (rate limiting). These providers only access information necessary to perform their services.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Clerk, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
